Regulatory Affairs Internship

Novostia is a start-up company developing a unique heart valve prosthesis with the mission to improve the quality of life for patients suffering from heart valve disease, adults, young patients and even children.

We invite you to take up this great challenge by contributing your knowledge, skills, energy and work capacity to a dynamic, highly involved and very sharp team within the framework of an internship from which you will come out stronger.

Your main role

The internship will focus on the following tasks depending on interest and abilities:

  • Support creation and maintenance of Technical Documentation for clinical submission
  • Provide regulatory compliance support in the development, revision, and approval of labelling documents contents (labels, instruction for use, implant card, registration form…) for regulatory submission for the device and Surgical Accessories
  • Work on various quality-related regulatory activities across the whole development chain from development to clinical trial applications

Your profile

  • Currently working towards a Bachelor or Master’s degree, an Engineering degree or equivalent degree in Life Science
  • Basic Knowledge or strong interest in regulatory affairs in medical device industry
  • Rigor, attention to details, dedication, self-driven, and sense of responsibility
  • Ability and willingness to work in start-up environment
  • Outstanding motivation and fast-learner skill
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French and/or German are a plus)

  • Applicant must be eligible for an internship in Switzerland
